Samtida tillpassat etui medföljer samt en lapp: "Giovanni Bellezza Di Milano, (?) 1875. per La Signora M. Devinage Di Berlino. Totalvikt ca 10,3 gram. Längd ca 55 mm. En citrin med nagg, förstärkta vid mittgängan.

Contemporary fitted case included and a note: "Giovanni Bellezza Di Milano, (?) 1875. per La Signora M. Devinage Di Berlino. Total weight approx. 10.3 grams. Length approx. 55 mm. A citrine with a notch, reinforced at the middle section.
