177. CL/CM Prototypes

two original Leica prototypes: 1. unengraved chrome Leica (CL), this camera made in Wetzlar is different in many aspects to the later serial model, chrome finish, the length is about 3mm shorter than the CL, with prototype all-black, fully engraved Elmarit-C 2.8/40mm no.0001177 (the lens is illustrated in Lager I page 249, the lens in Lager I page 248), 2. Leica CM engraved 'LEICA CM Leitz Wetzlar Germany', also this camera is about 3mm shorter that the later CL, see Lager I page 248 for a very similar camera

Buyer's Premium 20%

The buyers premium for all items exported out of EU is 20%.
For items marked with *, sold and/or shipped within the EU (European Union) the premium is 20% plus VAT (20% for cameras, lenses and accessories, 13% for photographs and 10% for books) on hammer price and premium.
For all other items (without *) sold and/or shipped within the EU (European Union) the premium is 24% (including VAT)
