This camera, in shape of a ballpoint, was made by the OTS (Operative-technical sector of the East German Secret Service STASI) and the Czech Secret Service. It uses a short and only 6mm wide film strip for ten round negatives of 5mm in diameter. The lens is a Mirar 2.8/12.5mm, single leaf instant shutter (1/10 sec.). Film transportation and shutter release by sliding and turning the ballpoint cap (while the clip rests in place). The serial number is engraved in the interior by the Czech Secret Service. One of the most rare and sophisticated spy cameras ever produced, in perfect condition with 3 metal film containers. A similar camera is illustrated in 'Keith Melton, Ultimate Spy, Expanded Edition', page 62 - only 3 cameras known to exist!
