351. Rollei 35 Prototype PR 484

The only existing prototype and working sample of the new design from 1981. It represents a complete revision of the original design, while still maintaining a compact form of the original Rollei 35. The most important feature added to this camera was a rangefinder operable with the small gear at the top - the only Rollei 35 with such feature. The constructors adressed many other issues as well: the battery compartment is now accessible from the outside, the rear doors are hinged, which makes film changing easier, the retractable lens is operated with a lever and includes an automatic lens cap. The buyers premium for all items exported out of EU is 20%.
