one of the first cameras produced (production started with no. 1468001), top plate engraved 'Leitz WETZLAR' and 'MADE BY LEITZ CANADA' on rear under the synchronisation, chrome strap lugs, these early examples have the red 'Leitz' logo on the front of the camera and are very rare, camera in fine condition
