During the hectic years of the war, a mere 427 units of the Leica IIId were made. It was the first Leica model with built-in self-timer, a technical feature which would later become a standard for many models to follow. The offered camera here is the first Leica IIId produced - the serial number range reserved for this model was 360002-367325. It is in excellent condition, equipped with flash sync on rear, and in perfect working order, with matching uncoated Elmar 3.5/5cm no.5352765, a highly interesting and historically important camera
