61. Leica M3 chrome Double Stroke with Summaron 3.5/3.5 cm *

LEICA M3 with unnumbered (prototype or sample) Summaron 3.5/3.5 cm, matching 3.5 cm SBLOO BL finder (small scratches on front element), IROOA hood and cap, from an early small batch of 200 cameras (700801-701000), with all original features, in very good condition with clean finder and perfect shutter. All in all, 10000 M3 cameras have been produced in the first year, rising to almost 50000 units in 1955. After more than 225000 cameras in different versions, the production of the first M-camera has ceased in 1968.
