Highly interesting and very early Leica I Mod. A updated to Leica II Mod. D, an early 'Leih-Kamera' (Loan-Camera) which was sent back to the factory to the 'Abteilung Barnack' (Barnack Department) in October 1928 and stayed there until January 1935 as the Leica records show. With an extremely early Elmar 3.5/50mm no.99250 still wearing its Belgian customs lead seal
