389. Leitz Summitar 2/5cm ex GOI Museum *

This interesting lens was delivered to Berlin in 1939, and was bought by the Soviets for the GOI factory and used for optical testing and further development of the lenses of Soviet production, after the war the lens remained in the factory archive. It shows hand-engraved GOI inventory numbers on the mount 'G.O.I. E-c-336/185557', with Soviet lens cap and GOI Leningrad wooden box with a sticker inside 'Summitar 1:2 f=50mm', an interesting piece of history of the Soviet photo industry
